What do I need?
- 8-10 chicken drumsticks
- 1 tbsp (20g) clear honey
- 2 tsp (10g) mustard (preferably grain Dijon mustard)
- 2 tsp olive or vegetable oil
How do I make it?
- Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/gas mark 5.
- Arrange the drumsticks in a heatproof serving dish.
- Mix all the other ingredients together in a bowl to make a paste.
- Spoon the paste over the drumsticks, coating well.
- Cook thoroughly in the centre of the oven for about 30 minutes, turning two or three times (you may need to use a spatula to get under the drumsticks and turn them, as they get quite sticky).
