WHAT DO I NEED?
- 1 flour tortilla
- 1 strip unsmoked lean bacon, grilled until crispy (leave this out for a vegetarian wrap)
- 1 tbsp cottage cheese
- ¼ apple, cored and thinly sliced
- ½ banana, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp raisins
- 1 tsp sunflower seeds (optional, not for small children as they can be a choking hazard)
HOW DO I MAKE IT?
- Warm the tortilla in a dry frying pan, on a high heat, for a minute on each side.
- Cut the bacon into small pieces and distribute with the cottage cheese and other ingredients down the middle of the wrap, leaving a space at the end.
- Fold up the end of the tortilla and wrap the sides over, making an envelope.
