Honey & sesame seed sausages
These bite-sized sausages are easy to serve. Delicious hot or cold, they’ll be devoured by adults and children alike!

What do I need?
- 12 chipolatas
- 2 tbsp runny honey
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
How do I make them?
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6.
- Twist the sausages in the middle to keep their shape and cut in half
- Scatter the sausages over a heavy-based roasting dish and cook in the oven for 15 minutes, turning once. Drain off any fat.
- Add the honey and turn the sausages until they are coated, then cook for another 15 minutes, turning a couple of times, until they are sticky and golden all over.
- Add the sesame seeds and cook for a further 5 minutes.
