Peach & banana smoothies
Smoothies, like these ones by nutritionist Nicola Graimes, are a great way of boosting your child’s intake of fruit and fluids

What do I need?
- 400 g can peaches in juice
- 1 large, ripe banana, roughly sliced
- 4 tbsp natural yogurt
- Ice cubes, to serve
How do I make it?
- Drain peaches, reserving four tablespoons of the juice.
- Blend the fruit, juice and yogurt together until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie mixture into lidded beakers and top with ice to keep cool.
