* Serves 4

What do I need?

  • 12 chipolatas
  • 2 tbsp runny honey
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

How do I make them?

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6.
  2. Twist the sausages in the middle to keep their shape and cut in half
  3. Scatter the sausages over a heavy-based roasting dish and cook in the oven for 15 minutes, turning once. Drain off any fat.
  4. Add the honey and turn the sausages until they are coated, then cook for another 15 minutes, turning a couple of times, until they are sticky and golden all over.
  5. Add the sesame seeds and cook for a further 5 minutes.
